From his early days at The Home Depot to executive leadership roles at Power Plus, Vinculums, Open Door Solutions, and Further Enterprise Solutions, he has consistently delivered results by blending strategy with hands-on leadership.
Brian’s management style is grounded, practical, and people-focused. He’s known for building strong teams, navigating complex operations with clarity, and leading by example. Just as important, he understands balance—making time for health and wellbeing, including his own collection of stretches that keep sciatica in check during long days.
Now splitting time in Brighton, Colorado, Brian oversees day-to-day operations at Generator Source as the company continues its rapid growth. His experience across industries, combined with his commitment to mindful leadership, ensures Generator Source has the operational backbone to match its reputation for excellence in power generation.
