Emett Grazier brings over 25 years of hands-on experience to his role as National Director of Service at Generator Source, combining two decades in the auto body industry with five years of expertise in power generation. His background gives him a unique perspective on precision, performance, and customer satisfaction—values that drive every aspect of Generator Source’s nationwide service operations.

Known for his steady leadership and technical insight, Emett plays a key role in supporting regional service teams, ensuring every generator leaving the field meets the company’s rigorous 31-point inspection standards. His approach emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and accountability—qualities shaped through years of managing complex operations and mentoring technicians across multiple disciplines.

When he’s not coordinating national service efforts, Emett enjoys the outdoors through bow hunting and fly fishing, and can often be found on the golf course perfecting his swing. A dedicated husband and father of two, he brings the same focus and balance to his personal life that he applies to every project at Generator Source.
