We recommend a Preventative Maintenance 1 every quarter to keep your industrial generator running reliably. This 31-point inspection examines all critical components to identify potential issues before they become costly problems.
Yearly
Once a year, your industrial generator needs a Preventative Maintenance 2. This includes everything in our quarterly PM1 inspection, plus an oil change, air filter replacement, and a load bank test to verify your generator can handle its full rated capacity.
Every 3-6 Years
Every three to six years, we perform our most comprehensive service. This Preventative Maintenance 3 includes all PM2 items plus replacement of coolant, hoses, gaskets, and thermostats to prevent major failures and ensure continued reliable performance.
